Plan drawn on counterpart lease of premises, dated 24 December 1862, from John Newlands to Henry Alnutt. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Re: Newlands, 1863. Dimensions: plan 13 cm x 11 cm, on sheet 53 cm x 70 cm.
