2 items extracted from J 90/1069. Two indentures of lease by which lands at Stockwell were apportioned and conveyed, (1) dated 19 April 1805; (2) dated 23 April 1805. Both give lessees' names and valuation, and state unexpired portion of lease. Each has a plan inset, entitled 'Plan of the late Benjamin Robertson Esqr. Estate situate at Stockwell in the parish of Lambeth in the County of Surrey'. The plans differ in colour and keys, but both show land at Stockwell, Stockwell village, houses, gardens, fields, names of adjacent owners, pond and roads; (2) also shows Vauxhall meadow. Scale: about 1 inch to 2 chains. Compass star. Insets on each plan show Bleak Hall Farm and lands on Brixton Hill, at a scale of 1 inch to 88 yards. Reference tables in text of related indentures. Exhibits in the cause Last v Goldsmith.
