Plan showing lots, including Lots 1-IV in the grounds of the Priory; River Leam, Priory Terrace, Mill Street, Church Street, swimming bath, school, adjacent occupiers, and gardens of the Priory. Scale: about 1 inch to 45 feet. Signed by W Russell, surveyor, Leamington. Printed by Glover, printer, Leamington. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Craig v Wallington, and referred to in bill filed 30 August 1861.
