Middlesex: Paddington. (1-3) Indenture of lease by Sarah Pickering, 1824, with plan on dorse of (3) showing two houses, numbers 10 and 11 Pickering Terrace, on land formerly known as The Round Close, near Westbourne Green, 1824. Plan signed by W Pocock, surveyor. (4) Indenture of lease by Sarah Pickering, 1856, with plan on face of sheet, similar to the plan at (3), showing additional works and land to be given up for a public road. Both plans bear cardinal points, and are drawn to a scale of 1 cm to 4 feet (measured). Exhibits in the Chancery cause Warren v Ruddle. Dimensions of plans: 29 cm x 10 cm and 31 cm x 13 cm, on sheets 60 cm x 66 cm.
