Inset on second sheet: plan of land called 'Muck Meadow Earth' and 'Row Meadow' in the township of Higher Booths. Shows Madens cottage, turnpike road, turnpike from Burnley to Manchester, road from print works. Scale: 1 inch to 16 yards. Lease made pursuant to order requiring surrender of copyhold and lease to Bailey, in Holt v Bailey, 27 April 1860. Dimensions of sheets: plan 23.5 cm x 36.5 cm; lease 71.5 cm x 59 cm.
