They include a reference table to the associated map, giving field names and acreage. (5) Estate map of Eden Park, Beckenham, Kent, showing roads, fields, paths, ponds, buildings, adjacent proprietors. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Compass indicator. Lithographed and signed by T Nicholson, 8 St Michael Alley, Cornhill. Inset engraving shows house in elevation. Exhibits in the cause Lawford v Maynard.
