(1)-(3) Copy of part of Chancery Order of 25 July 1853, relating to lease of lands, and rights concerning water and reservoirs, to be granted by Charles Gilbert Eversfield, plaintiff, to Charles Clark, defendant, following the dissoultion of their partnership. (4) Cover sheet giving title of cause, Eversfield v Clark, (1850 E 74), in which the accompanying plan was deposited by defendant, 2 December 1853, pursuant to order of 25 July 1853. (5) Plan of area in Hollington, Sussex, showing Briscoe, Waslet Briscoe, Newgates, Shornden Wood and other woods, stream arising from Hollington and other streams, roads, tower, adjacent occupiers.
