Also shows boiler houses, gas works, site of old corn mill; new and old channel of Ovenden brook, and other waterways and culverts; buildings, roads, landowners; the townships of Ovenden and North Owram marked. Scale: about 1 inch to 13 yards. Compass indicator. Plan 'A' in answer of Joseph Moxon Kirk (owner of dye works). (1) Cover giving title of Chancery cause Ingham v Kirk (1851 I 10).
