Shows named fields, adjacent owners, gardens, roads, buildings, boundaries and boundary mark, streams, ponds. Property indicated by colour. Compass indicator. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Inset shows house in elevation. Lithographed by J Aresti, Soho. Endorsed 'Mr Sanger's Plan'. (2) Cover giving title of Chancery cause Roumier v Smith (1849 R 102), in which this was produced as an exhibit. The plan is referred to in the answer to Smith.
