Two plans on one sheet, Plan A and Plan B, of the manor of Mostyn, to show lands demised by lease for coal mining. The plans are differently coloured according to the terms of the lease. They also show roads, streams, ground plan of mansion house, dock, coal pits, houses, and owners of land. With reference table to mining restrictions. Scale: about 1 inch to 18 chains. Compass star. Signed 'T. J. Tsg. a Darl: 1829'. Originally attached to indenture of lease between Sir Thomas Mostyn and John Price Eyton, 12 August 1829. Dimensions of each plan: 74 cm x 32 cm.
