3 items extracted from J 90/29. (ii). Three copies of a plan of property in Marylebone, Middlesex (now in London Borough of Westminster). 'Block plan of the property erected on the site of the Hope Mansion, Duchess Street, Portland Place for sale by Mr Alfred Cox of 68 New Bond Street'. Plan shows lots assigned to each house, in an area bounded by Duchess Street, Mansfield Street and Queen Anne Street. Scale: 1 inch to 17 feet. Lithographed by Swinford Bros, 276 Strand. Produced to accompany printed sales particulars for thirteen houses in course of erection. Originally annexed to advertisement for auction, 6 August 1851. Exhibits in the case Fowler v Wyatt, 1852 F7.
