2 extracts from F 3/69. (1) Plan showing the course of a proposed railway to run from Cinderford Bridge Pit to the Forest Branch of the South Wales Railway, Gloucestershire. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains. Compass indicator. MS, pencil notes on railways. Extracted from a letter dated 22 May 1854 from William R Wagstaff. (2) Plan showing the position of the Mill House, the Forest boundary and the boundary of Abbotts Woods at Cinderford, Gloucestershire. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Compass indicator. This appears to be the plan referred to in a letter dated 2 November 1857 from the Gaveller's Office, cited verbatim in the Case and Opinion submitted by the Solicitor, Royal Forests, relating to damage to the Cinderford Mill House. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 25.5 cm x 45.5 cm; (2) 16 cm x 24 cm.
