Asia: Russian Empire.1 item (illustrating 'Russian Advances in Asia. No.VI. 1885-1889' by Major J Wolfe Murray, Royal Engineers, DAAG [Deputy Assistant Adjutant General] 1890) extracted from WO 33/50. Map showing successive Russian acquisitions in Asia and the Russian frontier in 1889. Reference key to railways completed, in progress and projected. Scale: 1 inch to 470.5 miles. Lithographed at the Intelligence Branch, War Office October 1882. Revised July 1890.
