3 items (originally enclosed in despatch number 28, 5 September 1919) extracted from FO 262/1411 (folios 197-199). Japan. 'No. 18 Bluff Yokohama': 3 sheets of plans. (1) Site plan, showing boundaries, roads, gardens, and buildings, with measurements. (2) First and second floor plans of the Consul-General's residence. (3) Plans of existing buildings, to be used as residences for shipping clerks. Key to lettered features; table of dimensions (in Japanese tsubo). Cardinal points to items 2-3. Dimensions: (1) 39 cm x 52.5 cm; (2-3) each 39 cm x 50 cm. Plans apparently relating to a proposed exchange of lot number 18 for lot number 155 (Yamashita-cho).
