'Plan of New Accommodation of Yokohama Customs Compound': showing quays, wharves, warehouses and sheds, railways, and dockyard equipment. The memorandum was enclosed in despatch number 40 from the Consul General, Yokohama, to Sir William Greene, British Ambassador, Tokyo.
