Ground plan of a printing works, showing use of rooms, and of a Norman cottage and Victorian villa, lying between Victoria Road, and Hawk Road. Acreage given. Scale: 1 inch to 16 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by C and F Rutley, Surveyors; signature damaged and illegible.
