Japan: Yokohama Harbour. Plan, showing harbour divisions and limits, with wharves, jetties, an anchorage, roads, railways, etc. Compass indicator. Subsequently enclosed in a draft of despatch number 163 from Sir E [Ernest] M Satow to Lord Salisbury, Foreign Office, 7 October 1898.
