'General Plan Tokyo Taisho Exposition Grounds': showing roads, buildings, pavilions embankments, boundaries, the layout of Ueno Park, etc. Key to lettered and numbered features. Compass indicator. Subsequently enclosed in a draft of despatch number 299, 13 November 1913.
