Sketch plan of the Higashi Machi regatta course, showing waste land, neighbouring roads, land lots (numbered), and trees. Scale: 1 inch to about 100 feet (calculated). Compass indicator. Pencilled addition, in Japanese: 'To be returned to the British Consul'.
