1 item (originally enclosed with a memorandum from J W Hart to [Sir] Harry Parkes, 13 January 1870) extracted from FO 262/202 (folio 18). Japan. 'Plan of the Foreign Concession Kobe. (Treaty Port of Hiogo [Hyogo]': showing the British Consulate, the Custom House, a wet basin for cargo boats, warehouses, and numbered lots. Reference table to the measurements and purchasers of each lot. Scale: 1 inch to 200 feet. Compass indicator. Surveyed, by the order of Ito Shunske, Governor of Hyogo, by J W Hart, member of the Society of Engineers, London, 10 September 1868; printed and published by C Oxley, Hiogo and Osaka Herald Office, Hyogo, 8 October 1868.
