1 item (originally enclosed in despatch number 11, from Charles A Winchester, British Consulate, Nagasaki, to Colonel Edward St John Neale, Her Majesty's Charge d'Affaires, Yedo (now Tokyo), 29 January 1863) extracted from FO 262/46 (folio 36). Japan: Kyushu: Nagasaki. Plan of a proposed single-storey consular building, labelled with uses and measurements of rooms. Scale: 1 inch to about 12 feet (calculated). Building designed by Consul George Morrison, Nagasaki; this version of the plan reduced from a copy by Mr [?] Myburgh.
