'A rough sketch of Yokohama Tuesday April 28th /63': map showing the foreign settlement and the Japanese town, with streets, consulates, bridges, a photographic establishment, guard posts, gun boats, signal points, and a proposed assembly area. Scale: 1 inch to 140 feet. Compass indicator. Admiral Kuper's letter concerned the strategy to be used in the event of an attack on the foreign community. A reference table remains with the parent document (folios 312-313).
