'Plan of the proposed Prison Establishment at Boaz Island showing by colours the buildings completed in progress and those not yet commenced': also showing roads, quays, and a boundary line. Key to colouring. Scale: 1 inch to 50 feet. Signed: Lieutenant Robert Hawthorn, Royal Engineers, 19 April 1855. Originally accompanying a letter from Lieutenant Colonel [Montgomery] Williams, Royal Engineers, to the [Freeman Murray], Governor and Commander-in-Chief, Bermuda, 20 April 1855; subsequently enclosed in Murray's despatch number 36 to Lord John Russell, Colonial Office, 26 April 1855.
