Europe: Balkans. 4 maps showing the distribution of national and ethnic groups in the former Yugoslavia. (1) 'Bosnia-Hercegovina [Bosnia and Herzegovina] Confessional Distribution': map detailing ethnic populations, boundaries, towns, river, neighbouring states. Key to boundary changes; reference notes to national composition. Scale: 1 inch to 31.75 miles. (2-4) 3 maps of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, showing (2) 'Bosnian realities'; (3) 'Yugoslav realities'; (4) 'Banovina of Croatia'; all also showing towns, districts, and neighbouring states. Scale: 1 inch to 45 miles. Maps and parent document formerly enclosed with correspondence in Foreign Office File R 5235, Yugoslavia, June 1943. (2)-(4) show the whole of the former republic of Yugoslavia.
