Stamped and signed by H S Whitley for W T Dunsdon, Divisional Engineer's Office, Neath 16 August 1910. A note on the dorse reads: 'Augt. 1910 Re-erection of Groyne by Great Westn Rly in Burry Estuary.' Originally enclosed with letter dated 17 August 1910 from James C Inglis, General Manager's Office, Great Western Railway, Padddington, to Seaton F Taylor, Secretary, Burry Port and Gwendreath Valley Railway Company.
