Germany: Möhne Valley. 'Organisation Todt. Oberbauleitung Möhne. Holzabweiser'. Plan, section and elevation, with MS additions. Produced by Heinrich Butzer, builders, Dortmund, 8 February 1944. Corrected 2 March 1944. MS note reads: 'Drawing of the defence erected on the Moehne dam after the attack. Supplied by Herr Wildbrett of Heinrich Butzer, the resident engineer. Probably the only copy in Britain'. The Möhne Dam was breached during Operation Chastise (the 'Dambusters' raid) of 16-17 May 1943.
