Annotated with office file reference 'Exeter V 85331'. Part of the title and lower edge have perished. Scale: 1:2 500. Compass indicator. H V C Hague, FRIBA County Architect, 97 Heavitree Road, Exeter. Signed by Rupert Meed, District Valuer, Exeter. Plan originally accompanied his report and valuation of 15 April 1950 to the Superintending Valuer, South Western Region.
