Description

1 item (originally enclosure number 3 in Consul General Michell's [despatch] number 17, 22 March 1884) extracted from FO 73/489. 'A Map Showing the Murman Coast and the Boundaries of Norway, Finland and Russia'. Drawn by Walter R Hearn, British Vice-Consul. The enclosure concerned Russia's intention to establish a commercial and military harbour on the western Murman coast.
