Shows garden layout, with trees in elevation. Reference table to two plots marked EFGHI and KLM on plan. Scale: 1 inch to 60 feet. Compass indicator. [By] Charles Evans. Annotated: 'A True Copy. 8 May 1760. Z. Chambers'.
This plan is a copy of the plan at MPE 1/326, except that the land to the south west of Buckingham House, marked 'Field' in the earlier version, is here described as 'Freehold ground belonging to Sir Charles Sheffield, Bart'.
