Stamped by the Taff Vale Railway Engineer's Office 11 February 1896. Signed by 'W.J.E.', Barry Railway Company, Barry Dock Engineer's Office 2 Mar 1896. A note reads 'Received with W. Sebkering's letter of 29.2.96.'.
