Description

1 item (originally enclosed in Frank C Lascelles' despatch number 159 of 29 November 1885) extracted from FO 78/3771. Bulgaria. 'Position of contending forces on the eve of battle on Sep t. 19 th 1885 at Slivnitza [now Slivnitsa]'. Map showing furthest point of Serbian advance towards Sofia and positions of Serbian and Bulgarian forces. Reference table. Compass indicator. 'Sep t' in the title has been amended to '?Nov'.
