Description

1 item (formerly filed with instructions issued by General Franchet d'Esperey, Commander-in-Chief, Allied Armies, 18 September - 5 October 1918) extracted from WO 158/764. South-east Europe: 'Map of the Balkan States': covering the area between 39° and 45°N and betwen 19° and 30°E. Reference tabel to boundaries, roads, railways, forts and topographical features. Printed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton; published by the War Office, November 1912. MS additions, coloured, showing the positions and movements of British, French, Greek, Italian and Serbian troops; MS reference table.
