Description

1 item (originally enclosed in despatch number 21 of 23 February 1852 from Lieutenant Colonel J Sheil) extracted from FO 78/2722. Ottoman Empire, Persia. 'Sketch of the province of Zohab'. Map showing frontier line proposed by the mediating commissioners and the lines claimed by the Persian and Ottoman commissioners respectively. The area covered is now in Iran and Iraq. Scale: 1 inch to 4 miles. Reference table. Compass indicator.
