2 items (originally illustrating memorandum 'The Yugoslav View on the Question of Frontier Delimitation between Yugoslavia and Italy and the Status of Trieste' transmitted by the Yugoslav Embassy in London, 25 January 1946) extracted from FO 371/57196.(1) Italy: 'Trieste': plan showing proposed free port. Reference note. Scale: 14.5 cm to 1,500 metres [1:10,345]; the scale of the original map was 1:10,400. Compass indicator. (2) 'Julian March - ? - la Marche Julienne': map of area between Kotschach, Lavamünd and Karlobag, showing frontier claimed by Yugoslavia, provincial frontiers, most westerly, purely Slovene communes, communes with mixed population, and lost Yugoslav ethnic territory. The area shown is now in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and Austria. Reference table. Scale: 1:760,320 (calculated). [?Published 1941]. Dimensions: (1) 25 cm x 37.5 cm; (2) 37.5 cm x 22.5 cm.
