Asia, south-west: GSGS 2722. 2 copies of 'Sketch Map of the Persian Gulf & Arabia'. (1) Showing Aden boundary as delimited 1903-5; Turkish territory not to be alienated; line north-east from Wadi Bana to 20° N; lines of Anglo-Turkish Convention of 29 July 1913. Reference table. Produced by the War Office, June 1914. MS additions show proposed alternative boundaries of south-east Saudi Arabia. (2) Showing Aden boundary as delimited 1903-5; line north-east from Wadi Bana to 20° N; lines of Anglo-Turkish Convention of 29 July 1913. Reference table. Pencil additions show desert zone as defined by FO telegram [of 22 March 1935]. Dimensions: each 47 cm x 56 cm (map extends beyond right border) Dimensions: (1) on a sheet 52 cm x 72.5 cm (2) on a sheet 55.5 cm x 76.5 cm.
