Description

1 item (illustrating Foreign Office despatch number 11 of 24 February 1902 to Sir H Macdonnell) extracted from FO 179/365. East Africa. 'Map of the Anglo-Portuguese Boundary in East Africa, Barue Section (sheet 2) from approximately 16°45'S to 17°45'S (Mount Nyakal to Mount Inherama or Mount Majejere). The area covered is now in Mozambique and Zimbabwe. Heliozincographed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, 1899. Red ink additions show proposed modifications of the boundary.
