Portfolio containing 5 drawings of proposed mansion house: (1) north elevation, and (2)-(5) plans of basement, ground, upper chamber and chamber floors respectively. All inscribed and signed 'Suggestions for reducing the cost of mansion house and offices at Bylaugh. Alfred Ainger.' Pen and ink and coloured wash, on paper. Scale: 1.5 inches to 10 feet. Extracted from exhibits in Chancery case Lombe v Stoughton.
