1 item extracted from C 54/6149. Enclosure map of Scropton (parish and manor), Derbyshire, relating to enclosure award of 26 March 1764 pursuant to Act 3 Geo III, c 12. Map covers the enclosed area only (625 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows lakes or ponds, river (with direction of flow), named commons, grassland, post-enclosure field acreages, hedges, fences or walls, footpaths or bridleways, some named landowners, list of enclosure allottees. Includes compass star. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 8 chains.
