1 item extracted from E 178/1330. Lincolnshire: Claxby St Andrew in Spilsby. 'A description of ye Towne of Claxbye ...'. Survey of lands in Percy Hall manor, in dispute between the Queen and freeholders. Scale bar surmounted by dividers. 1 inch to [?40 perches]. Reference table in decorative cartouche supported by cherubs. The plan is decorated with drawings of rabbits, a shepherd and sheep. Signed by William Pelham, Augustine Cavendish and Henry Clifford, commissioners, 38 Elizabeth I.
