Survey of lands in Percy Hall manor, in dispute between the Queen and freeholders. Scale bar surmounted by dividers. 1 inch to [?40 perches]. Reference table in decorative cartouche supported by cherubs. The plan is decorated with drawings of rabbits, a shepherd and sheep. Signed by William Pelham, Augustine Cavendish and Henry Clifford, commissioners, 38 Elizabeth I.
