Rough sketch plan of lands in Norton Disney and Carlton le Moorland, to show the courses of the River Witham, with original allocations of land around the river to Norton and Carlton fields. Also shows Norton mill, high and low ground, and a willow tree. Not to scale. Cardinal points: oriented to the east. Signed by Anthony Thorold and George Sheffeld, commissioners in the cause Sir Robert Tirwhitt v Richard Disney, concerning title to water mill and mill leat. Originally attached to commissioners' certificate dated 4 March 9 Eliz I (DL 4/9/15/5).
