Title and notes on freehold, copyhold, meadow, arable and pasture land in rectangular cartouche. Scale bar surmounted by dividers. Scale: 1 inch to 20 perches. Cardinal points in border. Drawn by Robert Saxton, surveyor. With survey attached (1 membrane), signed by Saxton, giving names of proprietors, field-names and acreage.
