1 item extracted from a volume formerly held in the PRO library under the shelf mark Pamphlets Holland 1. Groenlo, Gelderland (now in the Netherlands). 'Description of the siege of Grolle' (endorsement): plan showing the fortified town, lines of the besiegers, siege works, horses in fields around the town. Compass star. Endorsed: 'For my L d Conwey'. The siege depicted may be that of 1617 by which the Dutch recaptured the town from the Spanish.
