1 item extracted from SP 63/130 (item 15). Ireland: map of O'Sullivan's country, Bantry Bay, County Cork, showing castles and Bantry Abbey. Place-names given. Notes possibly by Lord Burghley. Scale bar surmounted by dividers: 1 inch to 2 miles. Compass star. The contemporary description of the map is 'A plotte of Beare haven ...' but the area shown is Bantry Bay and the peninsulas to the north and south of it. [June] 1587.
