Dedication in rococo cartouche, to Samuel Pepys, Secretary of the Admiralty, by Grenvil Collins, Hydrographer to the King, 1686. With marine symbols and view of naval battle. Scale: 3 inches to 2 miles. Compass star. Engraved by Herman Moll.
