Indian Ocean: Trialles and Clouter (Cloates) Islands: chart of 'Isles Cloater ou Clouter' (shown in same latitude as Point Cloates, Australia, but over 1,000 miles further west) and 'des Trialles' (? 'Trial Rocks', which appear on a number of other eighteenth-century charts, but are not now to be found at the place shown). Shows soundings. Titles in cartouches. Scale: 1 inch to 6 miles. Compass rose. On sheet 48 cm x 36.5 cm.
