2 items (originally accompanying Mr President Russell's despatch number 55 of 12 February 1799) extracted from CO 42/324 (folios 79 and 80). Niagara-on-the-Lake, Upper Canada, now in Ontario, Canada. House and premises of the Honourable D W Smith. (1) Plans and elevations of the house. Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet. (2) 'Plans of the House and Premises', showing house and grounds, stables, barn, root house, pond, pump and well. Scale: 1 inch to 30 feet. Both signed 'Robt. Pilkington', Captain, Royal Engineers, Newark [an alternative name for Niagara-on-the-Lake], Upper Canada, December 1798. Dimensions (1) 59 cm x 35 cm. (2) 46 cm x 53 cm
