(1) Photographic view of part of the land above the Pieta mole at the head of Marsamxett (or Marsamuscetto) Harbour, Valetta, Malta, showing site of proposed coal store. (2) Elevation of storerooms proposed to be built by Matteo Garcin on the mole of Pieta Creek (at the head of Marsamxett Harbour), mid-way between the church of 'Dolori' and the public baths. Scale: 6 inches to 110 feet [1:220]. Drawn by Giuseppe Bonavia, architect, 14 October 1856. (3) Elevations of proposed stores. Scale: 7.25 inches to 210 feet [1:347].
