2 items extracted from CO 147/61 (folios 159, 160). Lagos colony (now in Nigeria). (1) 'Design for Villas to be erected on the beach at Victoria, estimated cost £200'. Plans, elevation and section. Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet. (2) 'Lagos Colony. Plan of Victoria', showing sites of villas. Scale: 1 inch to about 130 feet. Compass indicator. Both signed by Frank Anderson, acting Surveyor General, 4 October 1887. Dimensions: (1) 35 cm x 42 cm; (2) 33 cm x 55 cm.
