4 items extracted from CO 874/61B. (1)-(3) Agreement between British North Borneo Company and British Timber Company Ltd. for rent of Fort Pryer, Sandakan (now in Sabah, Malaysia), dated 21 June 1923, with seals. (4) Plan of Fort Pryer 5 March 1925. The plan shows the road to Buli Sim Sim, proposed fences, coast, and degrees of latitude and longitude. Scale: 1 inch to 50 links [2 inches to 1 chain]. Compass indicator. Surveyed by E S Coates, Chief Surveyors. The plan is signed by S G Sanderson, Acting Secretary, for and on behalf of the British North Borneo Timber Co. 5/325; by Cecil F Collins, Acting Secretary for and on behalf of the British North Borneo (Chartered) Co. 5/3/25; and T J H Speedy, Chief Surveyor, North Borneo, 6/1/25.
