The plan shows proposed WD [?Works Department] boundary, the road proposed by the P[ublic] W[orks] D[epartment] and the alternative road proposed by the G[eneral] O[fficer] C[ommanding]. Scale: 1 inch to 1 chain. Signed A C Alexander.
